New buses for Suffolk services |
| 22 Jun 2011 |
Two weeks after stepping in to save jobs and services following the collapse of Haverhill based Burton’s (Yellow Star Travel), Stephensons has taken delivery of two brand new ADL Enviro 200 buses, an investment of around £220,000. These are British-built, state of the art buses which meet the latest EU emissions requirements, and the highest standards of passenger comfort.
Stephensons are grateful for the continuing support of customers and other stakeholders, and are delighted to be able to demonstrate our long-term commitment to local services so quickly. The new buses will be mainly used on the Bury - Mildenhall (16/16A) route.
