Concessionary Passes issued by local authorities in England (including the London Councils Freedom Pass) are welcome on our buses for free travel:
Mondays to Fridays - off peak only:
in Essex : 09:00 to 23:00
in Suffolk : 09:30 to 23:00
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays - at any time
To travel free, please show your pass to the driver, who will issue a ticket to record the journey.
Issue and renewal of Concessionary Passes is handled by the council in whose area you live:
