Bus stop

  1. Check bus times before you set out.  Our timetables are online for easy reference, or call 01702 541511 (office hours) and our friendly staff will be pleased to advise.
  2. At the bus stop, signal to the driver to stop by putting your arm out.
  3. Pay the driver as you get on. Correct fare saves time!  We have bargain tickets, so if you are making more than one journey or are a regular traveller, save time as well as money with one of these. If you have a concessionary pass, please show this as you get on.
  4. Take a seat and relax!  If you have a buggy or a wheelchair, these should be secured in the reserved spaces on Easy Access buses.  Our drivers will be pleased to help.
  5. All our buses are Non-Smoking. Please show consideration for fellow passengers by keeping your personal stereo volume down, and by putting litter in the box provided.
  6. Ring the bell in good time when you want to get off. If you are unsure of the stop, ask the driver and he will let you know when the bus gets there.
  7. We hope your journey was a pleasant one and that you will travel with us again. However, if our service has not met your expectations, please let us know, so that we can try to put things right for the future.  And if one of our staff has acted 'beyond the call of duty', we will gladly pass on your compliments.
  8. Left something on the bus?  Call 01702 541511 or email and we will try to locate it for you.
