the A127, heading towards Southend, at the next set of traffic lights
past Tesco's, turn left at the Bell public house, sign posted Rochford.
Follow the road down until you come to Harp House roundabout. Take
the 3rd exit (straight across) sign posted Rochford. At Ann Boleyn
roundabout straight across. Just before the next mini roundabout,
turn right beside Rochford fire station. Stephenson's yard is at
